Do tennis players usually look to the side when hitting forehands?

I think that is a photo of someone learning to play tennis. A tennis player should be looking at the ball, and have their hip pointed where they want the ball to go. (at a very high level sometimes you'll look to a different part of the court to fake your opponent). Her feet look like she just served, but the racquet is high like she just volleyed at the net, her hips are squared to the net, no clue what's up with the arm and wrist angles, and she's looking into an entirely different court (or a coach off to the side).

@Thespis Her feet don’t look like she just served, they look like she just hit a forehand. She has hit the ball and is following through on her forehand swing and hip rotation, but hasn’t yet turned her head toward her opponent. This is pretty much proper form for a forehand shot follow-through. She’s not a pro, but not a true beginner either. She appears to be an intermediate player.
I’ve played for 60 years, and I’ve taught tennis as well.

Yes....you are looking at the ball when you make contact. After contact, your eyes remain focused on the point of contact for a second or so before you turn towards the opponent....but your arm and hips continue the motion of the swing. This is pretty much proper form for a forehand by an intermediate player.

Lol. I don’t know what to make of this.
