Comcast and computer.

So last year gave mom a linux computer. Basic easy to use. No more chances of windows doing something crazy. Only gave her what she needs. Comcast came out to fix a call forwarding issue. Not sure why he changed from linux to win 11.
Talked to comcast corporate and security. They say no tech is authorized to do that. Plus they dont provide the software. Investigation ongoing.
The phone issue he came to fix was like a 15 min call.
He stayed 2.5 hours never did figure out the call forwarding was on.
