When we seek expert advice, can we please keep an open mind and for the love of improvement, be willing to provide what is required?

Sometimes, it's hard to provide help to people. Like, some ask about technical stuff. But instead of making it easy to assist them, they tend to act difficult even when they know less. It's a pain especially when they're the ones who give wrong information in the first place.

How do you expect us to give good answers when you're making it a pain to even understand what you mean?
