Is spectrum internet better than ATT?

I've been without internet for several days.
Received a new router and it still doesn't work.

I want to cancel my service, BUT my apartments only have 3 options for internet 🤦

I had ATT at one point. At the time, they decided to change the "unlimited" to limited without really making that clear.
Had some issues with both, but Spectrum is unlimited, as they say.
