Why won't my Opera browser on my laptop open up?

It was working just fine until my computer did an update on yesterday with the system. So I went in and did a system restore for July 13th.

Even after the system was stored it still will not open.[/b]

Yes I do have other browsers that I can use but I like Opera because I have all my things on speed dial and all my passwords are saved on there.

Is very annoying to have to enter in password on every site on a new browser.
