Do you struggle to sleep at night?

I toss and turn all night and finally get comfortable right as my alarm clock goes off in the morning

No ..these,days I just dont keep a tight schedule going - so I can up not getting enough sleep.

I wake up in the middle of the night repeatedly

Sometimes. Always if I know I have to get up early the next morning.

PTSD sucks, flash backs and the dreams suck.

Sometimes. I can't sleep at all. Too much be on my mind.
