Having an anxiety attack after many days

My elder sister has always been blunt and she said something very insensitive and i told her she could have said it differently and not so harsh. Because just a month ago she lectured me by saying i should have said something differently and i accepted my ignorance. But this time she didn't.

She never gives up and went on a defensive and this time for a change i didn't give up either which i usually do to end the argument.

In the end she said i should have understood she is sorry but she said she doesn't like saying "i am sorry". Then she said i should know her intentions. Then she said i should have done this and that.

It's always been this way with her but not just with me because even when she's wrong she will bluntly give an explanation, justify her wrongdoing and expect me to understand BUT when i am wrong, she won't give up unless i break down emotionally and say sorry. And to that she said but i never asked you to say sorry. But i said that was the only way to stop you from screaming.

It just got so toxic that i asked her to just STOP. But she didn't and that's when the anxiety attack started.

My feet are cold, a cold sensation running through my body and brain, my heart is pounding and it's a struggle to breath easily. Got an excruciating headache.

Took a beta blocker but it's not helping. Unfortunately, my doctor isn't responding.

What a fckng waste of day!

She is too toxic to be around at that point. I would try to keep away from her and if that's not possible then you should avoid arguing with her on principle issues and just give her what she wants so she'll leave you alone.
