How do I " put myself out there?"

Especially being introverted, extremely self conscious and suffering from social anxiety.
From my experience, I think diving in head first is the best way to break yourself. Work on what you need to internally (trauma, roots of the insecurity, health- mental or physical), the rest will follow. Force yourself to be put in uncomfortable situation. My passion is fashion and makeup, I have been experimenting with bolder choices to break my comfort zone. People tend to start randomly talking to me about it irl, so that also forces me to interact with total strangers and getting used to be in social situations. My skincare teacher always tells us “practice makes permanent.”

baby steps. in my experience, you should try to find ways to be more comfortable with yourself in order to do the same around others. so that's like allowing yourself to do this and do that and like this, like that. it's like learning to validate the littlest things about yourself

Perhaps by being involved in something that is very enjoyable and meaningful to you so that the social aspect doesn't seem so important

Stop bothering about feedback. Assume they dont exist. Enjoy the outdoors like the privacy of your bath 😀

take a confidence building course and assertiveness classes couldn't hurt.
