I too have anxiety outbreaks. It's so difficult to describe. it's as if all my thoughts fall into each other and get lost. Yet I have discovered a natural herb that helps.
Try taking a couple of St.Johns Wort. Drink a large glass of water. There is something in this herb that has helped many people with Anxiety issues. Everything falls back into it's appropriate place. Do research on this yourself. Stop and ask at a health food store. Ask a Pharmacist if you don't have a Doctor. When you free you mind, you have the ability to control your own thoughts. Through the day consume as much water you can swallow.
