I Feel Bad

We have this nabior, Joe & he's not fit to live on his own. He comes to us a lot! For example he came up to ask me to open a ketch up for him. No one else cares & that's what pisses me off. He needs help & friends. Today I walked him to the building cause he was in a trance in the middle of the street. I asked my uncle if we can invite him over for dinner cause we both feel bad. My uncles called him & he's commin at 5. Anyway we're thinkin of maybe gettin him like a home nurse or care taker. Am I doin the right thing?
