I Spend Too Much Time Thinking and Not Enough Time Doing

So if the universe is 13.7 billion years old, and our existence is just a tiny speck in the passage of time that isn't likely to last much longer, does that mean that every single thing anyone on planet earth has ever said or done, or ever will do or will say in future is completely meaningless?
