On and off I feel insecure about my appearance and how guys will judge me on them... And right now is one of those times where I suddenly feel ugly

Go to the website for a charity called Operation Smile. Look at the photos. Send a contribution even if it is only a very small one. Do this every so often and let them send you their charity

You will see kids with truly terrible problems with facial deformities in situations where their entire lives will be blighted if they don't get an operation soon to change their faces. It really helped me to do this. I used to obsess on my looks like so many other women. Operation Smile put all that in perspective for me.
