I Believe Life Exists Beyond Planet Earth

They found 7 earth like plants in a star system recently!

Considering the techniques for observation that are available now it's possible that we may be able to detect elements and compounds in extrasolar planetary atmospheres soon. I don't think that'll do fuckall for our motivation though..as much as I wish it would.

I suspect they will be found. But we may never get there. It takes a long time and may be logistically improbable. I suspect the best we would ever be able to do is send robotic ships with frozen DNA to seed the world. Or maybe just machines that will make life when they arrive. But I doubt any human would live long enough to even go a tiny bit of the journey, unless we discover how to life indefinitely. Or maybe by then we will all be cyborgs. Yet who would want to be on a ship for millennia? Yet maybe if we travel near the speed of light time will slow enough.

An extremely long time but not if you listen to NASA and their constant cry for funding by telling us all about the planets they discovered because a star blinks. lol.
