I Know Something About Pain

So all this week I've been suffering from intense pain in my right leg. The first few days were so bad that I couldn't sleep for almost three days.

What are you (emotionally) repressing?

I don't know the answer to that one, would that have an effect on my leg?

@Razoreye001: Yes... many times, the mind will exert physical pain on the body to keep emotional pain hidden out of primitive subconcious protection. It doesn't even have to be anything major or massive. It could be an emotional hurt that you have been carrying with you since childhood that you never addressed, but simply pushed aside (mentally).

This is a sensitive topic because many people end up investing in their physical pain to avoid the mental anguish of dealing with a long ago emotional slight or trauma. Of course, this is not to say there is no such thing as physical pain or physical reasons for pain. Physical things do go wrong with the human body. But, if you are in generally good health, examining and uncovering causes for repressed mental anguish is worth the effort - in the long term. Your subconscious mind will fight you though until it finally realizes you can, will, and want to confront the emotions rather than be distracted by the physical pain.

This pain most often hits people in the back, but there really is no restrictions: the feet, the legs, the arms, shoulders, etc. are all areas of potential attack.
