How can I get rid of back pain?

Pain medicine (ie. Advil) doesn't help at all. I can't bend over without pain, just like on Saturday. It started hurting after I had a seizure, so it must have had to do with the position I tensed up in.

@StefanoHopkins: I'm just pissed that my medicine was working great and I had a breakthrough seizure after a little over 2 months.

Try getting a massage. Salonpas and lidocaine patches also do the trick for me.
