Why does my ankle make a popping noise?
It feels like it is cracking every time I move it downward. I do have an extra bone, dont know if that has anything to do with it though.

arthritis or a cold front moving in....my joints swell up and pop for 2-3 days before a cold front moves in and I have rheumatoid arthritis....not all that noticeable these days unless a cold front is coming in.

There is no bump at the back, just the inside, where the extra bone is. It hurts to touch it, even if it is any kind of footwear, and I wear the right size, so it makes no sense.
