Question for guys.

Yo I'm gonna start excersizing again cause my dieting has been awful. What should I start with for a routine or what do you recommend for a guy my age? I'm 5"10 and 150lbs

hey man.. diet is important. something about arteriosclerosis and not pissing off your pancreas.

but, walking, taking the stairs, stretching, hydrating properly are the key essentials.

somehow that crap lays the foundation to success.

small portions helps with food. some reason it gives your endocrine system a chance in hell to do all the dirty work when the digestive tract is done processing the bulk.

I got a Fitbit to log my exercise, hydration, and calorie intake. By taking just long walks and watching what I eat, I've lost 11 pounds since September. I would never had stuck to a diet on my own 😃😃

What are your goals? Based on that I can reply.

Muscle building is mostly diet. 1 gram of protein per body weight in lbs, 1 gram of carbs and 0.25 grams of fat. Along with other micro nutrient. Do compound exercises and mostly deadlift, squarts and bench press. Strength and muscles come with progressive overloading. That means keep increasing the weight after a certain period of time. If you can do 7-8 reps easily with some weights, time to increase it till you can't push more than 3.

Above all, always do it with correct form, without proper form you will risk injuries and go sloppy with your workout. Rest 7-8 hours a day and don't work on same set of muscles within 48 hours. @WickedWizardoftheWaste:

@WickedWizardoftheWaste: cut down fats, and carbohydrates. Take a high protein diet. Eat oats and healthy things. You can get your fat under control just by this only. And if you can exercise go for running daily.🙂
