Does anyone think this is true? Why or why not?

In band today, we had to work in different sections and I had a panic attack because last time we were in our different sections, I had a seizure. I ended up telling my favorite teacher, who I happened to have the period right after, and she said, "It is completely normal. Having to deal with the same thing is basically like PTSD, even if you don't have the same result."

I am so sorry to hear all that. :( Do the seizures happen often?

It kind of varies. Luckily, my teacher, the one I like (as a crush), listens and tries to basically be a counselor for me. She knew I was upset when I went into class today, because of it being right after band. At the end of the day, I was still upset and the other teacher that I like (not like a crush), knew I was upset, so she asked me if I wanted to talk to her. So, after I finished my test, I told her that I would tell her if we went in the hall and she told me that I will be okay if I ever have to do it again, which I will because of marching band.

Makes sense. As you do it, though, it should get easier.

How would it get easier?
