Do we look younger to ourselves then we look to other people?

I have wondered about such things. I feel younger than my chronological age. I have more energy than the majority my age. People say this to me too. I look in the mirror rarely. I don't wear make-up except for lipstick or gloss. Rarely make-up except for weddings, parties, etc. I think I am aging slowly. Thanks to my mom and her great genes. And to life.

Some people care if they look young. Some don't. And I suppose some folks are harder not themselves than others. For myself, I don't think about how look very often. But I'm a man and we are not subject to the pressure what women are.

I dunno. I usually feel the opposite. People always seem surprised when I tell them my age. On the other hand, I think I can see every single year plus some.
