Why do i feel dizzy when im fatigued?
If i sleep less then 6 hours a night i feel dizzy often. Not like vertigo or really severe, more like lightheaded. What causes this? It never happened in the past.

Chronic dehydration will do that especially if you lack enough protein or salt in your diet. Or maybe you're getting ready to become a light headed idiot from eating too much junk food and not enough quality nutrition.

@purecrazy93: 35 yrs old is when men are in their highest risk rate for heart attacks. If you get any chest pains don't screw around and call someone to get you to an er. mean time try the water.
