Cut out ALL GLUTEN (and Gliadin): the protein found in wheat, barely, spelt, and rye and ALL of their derivatives.

Some foods are can't be labelled GF (Gluten free) because of cross contamination: as this can cause very serious side effects/reactions in people with Celiac disease.

I had them for years, also tinnitus, mild neuralgia, vertigo, etc.
It still comes back when I eat Gluten.
( I am not GF [gluten free, as it's really not cheap eating regimen])
However my family is very Gluten light.

And do your best to not east *bad* food: Foods high in sugars and additives/preservatives and artificial stuff.

The general rule, is in a grocery store your good foods are along the walls: fresh produce,
meats, fish, fowl, eggs,
good fats (butters, virgin olive oil and cold pressed unrefined organic coconut oil)
also some milk products are ok-ish(kefir, plain yogurt)
but the higher the lactose the more harm they can cause.

Cutting out Gluten worked for me within about a week
in terms of eliminating all of the symptoms.
I mean ALL of them.
I was stunned to put it mildly.

Note about doctors: Most are NOT well versed in the myriad of symptoms that Gluten and Gliadins can cause in the human body, not even the so called specialist.

I absolutely suggest that if this persists and/ or gets worse see a doctor.

However it in no way will harm you to try what I suggested.
At the worst, it will do nothing at all
and at best you will see a difference.
However, to SEE results you can NOT cheat.
Otherwise it's all for naught, you are back to square one.

I wish you luck.
Luna.

Please see a medical specialist. Seeking this type of advice here is a bit like hiring Mike Tyson to be your Relationship Counselor.
