I Got Bad News

So today after many tests during these past weeks and being told what my diagnosis is. I have the early stages of Parkinson's disease. As the doctor explained to me what it is. My heart has sank, it hasn't stopped feeling like that. I got home, I haven't told anyone as I pretty much just crawled into bed. Stared at the ceiling. I haven't successfully fallen asleep it seems. I just feel like an entire part of me that kept me going crushed inwards and it just so hard to breathe steadily.
