What are your favorite health sites/forums?

I've been apart of sparkpeople but the people there don't always answer my diet questions.

I'm a part of a Video Fitness forum but I need something better thats food related.

I don't know a forum to join, but I just started reading about Adrenal Reset Diet. My daughter , and several friends in their 50"s have experienced incredible results with adrenal support. It is responsible for all hormones, and cortisol is the culprit here!
