I Have a Question

So I am confused about something people keep telling me different things.the iPhone 5 s what is the best way to charge it and not mess battery up.some people tell me to let the phone go totally dead let it go off then charge it .other people tell me when it gets low like 20 put it on charge then then charge till full but don't use while charging what is true.

The thing with discharging completely before recharging is for a different kind of rechargeable battery that isn't very common anymore.

I charge mine through the PC when it's dead or nearly dead (and I have time to do so) and leave it till fully charged.

I have a 4s, and I'm unsure of what is the best way to charge it too, are they radically different?
Can anyone enlighten me 😃😃
