Yes its easy as are short skirts.Bad idea to drive in heels though.I can do it but nearly always drive barefooted

No I'm quiet uncomfortable with a mini dress, it's the longer lengths that are the issue. I have to pull it up to my knee.

Yes. So your front seat passenger can see your panty. It is a comfortable way to drive when you can't be nude.
