I Have a Question

Do Epsom salts really work for sore joints and muscles?
Lizabee · F
I think they do if even if they do nothing else than make you take a bath. You'll feel better.

Yes I use them after a long hard day of work and they do help I wouldn't say the pain is 100% gone but their is defiantly a noticeable difference in your pain level I usually add about two cups of it to a hot bath and soak in it for at least 20-30 minuets.

They definitely seem to help. They work for me anyway. I guess results may vary.

Did you notice some relief immediately? Or did it take a few times before it made a difference?

As a former athlete for a living I can say without a doubt that they work on aches and sore muscles. There's a few recipes on it too adding other ingredients to increase its effectiveness.

@crystalkid: I just learned them but I was happy with a plain Epsom salt bath.
