win 10 is demanding on hardware. Make sure your PC hardware can stand up to it. I'd recommend lowering brightness and some other graphics settings. I would not recommend win 10 on a laptop that had not been made in the last 2 yrs. Anyways, win 7 forevah
No problem. Eventually we may be forced to upgrade to it but I'm gonna do whatever it takes to hold onto my precious win 7. Even XP, for compatibility issues I installed it on an older machine and disconnected it from the web. I don't have any use for modern day apps and features so it works for me. When looking at upgrades you have to ask yourself, is there anything I need upgraded? And are these upgrades applicable to what I want in my PC?
I got my dad to get a gaming machine and for the best experience all round it was not advised that he use win 10 as his OS. I've seen win 10 take the awesome HD res and fluid performance of games/other software on win 7 and multiply by 100. The thing taxes hardware to the max. My dad got his laptop fried like that. And that was a custom built hardcore machine. It didn't even last a week with win 10.
Dani. Lol! I have a desktop and it can handle it :) It's fast and working smoothly with barely any issues. I have a lot of games and some softwares which is why I'm hesitating to upgrade. I heard both, the good and bad stories. And Win7 is a beast, yep.
definitely maybe by then that will be the case. I'm hoping that none of the games I'm interested in will ever be made again by then.....haha no not really. but I will wait right down to the end! even if a game to die for comes out, I'll wait until they shut off support for win 7 xD
