What is something you cannot eat?

hahahahahah. What can't I eat???? I'm better off stating what I can eat: carrot, pumpkin, green beans, broccoli and perhaps broccolini and bok choy. Along with that I can have beef stock, though beef does cause me some problems as does all the other meats, legumes, grains......

Hopefully I'm starting to heal from a leaky gut now. I'm now under instruction to try some different things. So far this fortnight (2 weeks for you Americans) I've found I can't or still can't tolerate: sunflower oil, beef fat, pea protein.

Any shellfish. Even though it tastes acceptable my stomach sends it back out within 20 minutes under high pressure. It happens suddenly and without warning. This is not amusing straight after dinner while everyone is sitting around chatting.

A 10 ton bolder.

Peppers. I do not know why. I can eat everything else.

Vegetables but that's a different story. Garlic is something I like but I always get nauseated after eating it.

Fish. I eat fish cakes but if it looks like a fish i'm not eating it.

Fish, can cause anaphylaxis if I eat it.

Dog. Cat. Donkeys.. frogs.

Marzipan and marmite

Pizza, eggs, cheese.

Very spicy food.

Broccoli
Bacon

Corn beef hash

Shellfish
Banana
Brazil nuts
