Which has done more to ruin Mexican food, Taco Bell or Tex-Mex?

Good Mexican food still exists... so I'd say neither has really ruined it.

Come to my house, I'm Mexican. My enchilada sauces, and mole's are home made, from scratch. Don't make tortillas any more, but the local market in my little town has a family owned bakery who makes the by hand.
