[big]White House open to a Clinton pardon[/big]

By Daniel Halper November 9, 2016 | 4:10pm

The White House isn’t ruling out the possibility of Hillary Clinton receiving a last-minute pardon from President Obama — even though she hasn’t been charged with a crime.

Asked at Wednesday’s press briefing whether Obama had considered utilizing his unique executive power, press secretary Josh Earnest was cryptic.

“The president has offered clemency to a substantial number of Americans who were previously serving time in federal prisons,” Earnest said.

“And we didn’t talk in advance about the president’s plans to offer clemency to any of those individuals and that’s because we don’t talk about the president’s thinking, particularly with respect to any specific cases that may apply to pardons or commutations,” he added.

Clinton has been embroiled in a lengthy FBI investigation into her private email server.

There are also reports that the feds are investigating the Clinton Foundation.

No charges have been filed against Clinton.

During the presidential campaign, President-elect Donald Trump said he’d appoint a “special prosecutor” to handle the matter — and campaign manager Kellyanne Conway suggested Wednesday the matter was still on the table.

@Ear4u2:
another investigation into her dodgy dealings FROM THE PAST - you thicko
Well then, that would be covered under a pre-emptive pardon, wouldn't it? Glad you're finally getting the hang of it.

NW,

I predict the Hillary WILL commit another crime. She is a chronic criminal.

She couldn't even stay clean while serving in the State department, knowing full well she would be running for president in 2016.

How hard can it be for anyone to stay out of trouble for a few years. She's like a drug addict.

From what I understand this will be put to rest. But, on the other hand, isn't she still being investigated on her charity?

The investigation into the email server, has been closed, yet again. The Wednesday press briefing, is grossly misrepresented in this post.

While the President can issue a pre-emptive pardon, in modern times, this power has only been used by Republican presidents.

Both Giuliani and Christie, tried to steer the conversation away from the "lock her up" question, because they know that she has not done anything to warrant indictment, and the elections are over.

We were told she was guilty of no wrong doing. Why the need for a pardon?

Clinton Cartel could be investigated for years....

He ain't gonna do that. ..that would mean she couldn't take the fifth and she would have to tell everything she knows or be in contempt during any investigation they still or might initiate

Interesting insight. I didn't realize that. Thanks.
