What my first wife learned, is that it is important that the sperm get INTO your womb (past your cervix). THAT is why they suggest all the gymnastics (like leaning backwards and standing on your head after sex).

PCOS sucks! Mine is so bad that my doctors bascially told me ill never have kids. Since the hormone imbalance is so bad it has thrown me into premenapouse. Stay hopeful though! Also there are things if you talk to your doctor that can help. Outside of like IVF and such. Good Luck!!
