I Love Rumi

Rumi, you are with me on this road with your beautiful poetry that guides me and helps me to stay focused.
I felt the pain of this world and wanted to help, you tell me.............
[c=#002673]Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself........[/c]
[c=#002673]Nothing I say can explain to you Divine Love, yet all of creation can not seem to stop talking about it...............[/c]
[c=#002673]The soul has been given it's own ear to hear things the mind does not understand.......[/c]
But the pain! Seems you are familiar with it, this is why you can write to touch the soul..............
[c=#002673]I will soothe you and heal you, I will bring you roses. I too have been covered with thorns.............
If he could see his nothingness, and his deadly festering wound, pain would arise from looking within, and that pain would save him.......
Very little grows on jagged rock. Be ground. Be crumbled, so wildflowers will come up where you are.......[/c]
Where to begin the journey, and how?..............
[c=#002673]And you? When will you begin that long journey into self?............
Keep on knocking 'til the joy inside opens a window look to see who's there......
Why struggle to open a door between us when the whole wall is an illusion?.........
Would you become a pilgrim on the road of love? The first condition is that you make yourself humble as dust and ashes.............
Although the road is never ending take a step and keep walking, do not look fearfully into the distance. On this path let the heart be your guide
for the body is hesitant and full of fear......
Doing as others told me, I was Blind. Coming when others called me, I was Lost. Then I left everyone, myself as well. Then I found Everyone, Myself as well..........[/c]
You inform me on how to go through the journey............
[c=#002673]Look past your thoughts, so you may drink the pure nectar of This Moment............
Try not to resist the changes that come your way. Instead let life live through you........
Try something different. Surrender.............
Learn the alchemy true human beings know. The moment you accept what troubles you've been given the door with open.............[/c]
When I fear that I may be going the wrong way your guidance is there.........
[c=#002673]And do not worry that your life is turning upside down. How do you know that the side you are used to is better than the one to come?............
Whatever purifies you is the right path, I will not try to define it.........
The Prophets accept all agony and trust it. For the water has never feared the fire.............
When you lose all sense of self the bonds of a thousands chains will vanish.
Lose yourself completely, return to the root of the root of your own soul..........

When I fear it is all for naught, I have hope of a brighter tomorrow..........
[c=#002673]Somewhere beyond right and wrong, there is a garden. I will meet you there.........
The garden of the world has no limits, except in your mind..........
Hardship may dishearten at first, but every hardship passes away. All despair is followed by hope; all darkness is followed by sunshine............
I Lost Everything, I Have Found Myself.............
Don’t grieve. Anything you lose comes round in another form............
Someone who does not run toward the allure of love walks a road where nothing lives..........
