I Admire Common Sense

It's crazy how what happens in one's upbringing can affect the choices they make. I never realized how many people were dependent on drugs and alcohol. And i don't mean cannabis, because that affects everyone differently, depending on what they can handle in their body. I mean hard drugs like heroine, cocaine, crystal meth, prescription drugs, you know, the lot. I've never gotten the urge to become dependent on prescription drugs or hard drugs, let alone alcohol. I've seen enough alcoholics in my life to know that i am smart enough to know better not to get myself into that slump. And i'm sure there are people who would probably deny they have a drinking problem. I even had a boyfriend who i kept thinking he had stop drinking, when he lied for a year in a half, so yeah, people lie really really well to get what they want when they are addicted to a substance.

If you are someone who has never been addicted to alcohol or drugs, do you have anyone you love who, it's hard to not want to help them, or do you just let them go and deal with your own life?

There are all kinds of addictions. Sometimes I think it is not whether we are addicted, only what kind of addiction and whether we handle it right. A few people are addicted to Me and I make it good for them. As for the helpless, self-destructive loved ones in our lives... that is a struggle.

It's true and you said that well. I can see how people would be addicted to you. You've got such a lioness presence. I wasn't really confident with being attracted to women because when i have higher social anxiety, i don't really like to talk or make eye contact, or i talk too much lol and the other person doesn't get to talk at all.
