I Am Always Trying to Improve Myself

This year I made the decision to be healthier, mentally and physically, as I'm getting older and my gut is getting bigger. For years I have pumped my body full of beer and any food I want but over the last year my metabolism changed and my food habits didn't, hence the gut. I don't want to become one of those skinny guys with a massive belly. 🤢

Now, I've not drank in nearly a month, I've been eating healthy for weeks and have been exercising more but last night I decided to get a greasy takeaway, which I regret immensely! I ate a lot, felt vile, it actually gave me a nasty headache! I didn't sleep properly and today I feel so sluggish with my mind all fogged up. Although, I currently see this as something positive, I am finally repulsed by the thing I've been struggling to kick. :)
