Weed does an ok job treating some of the symptoms of those things true... but using weed as a treatment to cure all those things doesn't work... and weed only goes so far... it doeant do everything...
Weed has also been known to cause anxiety and depression like alcohol if miss used... one of the few drugs that can both be a treatment and a cause if certain mental health problems.

To say it would put a dent in big pharma is just wrong. Big pharma is one of the places providing medical cannabis would put more money into their pockets.
Sure, if used responsibly it doesn't have tooamy aide effects. But that dieantean everyone will use it wisely... we see the abuse of any time.of prescription drug .
I want sees to be legalized, but the stigma around weed being this harmless thing needs to change. It needs to be seen more like beer or something... idk... we just need to give it more respext then this.

On the list, the only thing that I see that it may cure (?), is Cancer. It "treats", like many other pharmaceuticals, Symptoms of the others including pain. I don't know of any drugs that Cure pain. And like many of the other drugs, it may not work for everyone. It makes me FEEL better. 8)
