I can only guess at a length of material. However I am intrigued by the white spots which on first glance I thought were discarded chewing gum but they appear to be uniform in shape and distribution. I wondered if the pattern was a clue but if it is I still can't get it.

Wallpaper? Or side of some weird seltzer can, you've been on about that lately....

I also thought of red blood cells through an artery but the rays don't quite fit..
