I Do Not Block Unless Necessary

So we all know and dislike blockfags, those idiots who block at random or insist on blocking anyone who isn't in their friends list. But I encountered a whole new level of stupidity recently on a K+ forum. There was a user name Aiace, and he actually set monthly "block quotas" for himself. He would spend most of his time roaming around the forum searching for new users to block to fill his quotas. He copied down every username of every account he blocked and posted them all into a huge list that he posted on the forum. Too bad nobody could read it because he blocked everyone.
