What have you had enhanced?

My eyes. I had my cataracts removed and the gave me implants. 👍🏻

High priestesses of science reached inside me and ripped out some organs, but I'm not sure if that counts as enhancement! Still, the more I meet people who have had various plastic surgery, from dental work to more significant, the more I find myself wondering this question too! And so far, I'm not even a cyborg :(
