will men start being in tampon commercials?
I keep seeing women only on the Viagra commercials. So does that mean that maybe just maybe the men will eventually be sweet and take over the tampon commercials :)

Women are not in Viagra commercials because it's sweet. The target audience is men, and having women on the commercials sells more product I think.
The target audience for tampons is a little less directed and it'd be harder to sell with men. Just picture it;
"My girlfriend switched to x brand and our life is so much better...."
