haha.. they sure needed money in order to do that. Want to know the easiest way I used to make sales for them? Telling the customer that their current plan was 10 more dollars than it actually was, and they would always beleive it, and jump to what they didn't need.. or just straight up play it off as a courtesy call informing the customer that their phone package was being rebranded, and they just went along with it.

I'm not telling you this to suggest that I am a terrible person, I'm telling you this because you ought to know the true nature of these corporations you give your funds to.

Lol... I even signed a document saying I wouldn't talk about it, heh =)

Ugh. Yes American telcos are the WORST. I'm in the middle of an experience where I am trying to *upgrade* service and so far all they've done is shut it off and cancel service calls to turn it back on. And they make it SUCH a process to cancel service, too.
