Some people struggle with eye contact and choose one place to look...forehead, neck, directly in front of themselves. I always make eye contact, so I notice where others are looking.

Some folks don't like to make eye contact or are more and more nervous when talking about a particular subject. Unless she makes you very uncomfy, meh..

You may have caught them in a weird moment when they lost self restraint for a moment. They might have done something they would be horrified to know they really done.like saying something you wish you could take back but you can't.
