Highly important. Laughter keeps me relatively sane!

It's an individual thing - some people crave laughter a lot more than others, some people crave depth and meaning, some people crave connection or to be a part of something bigger than themselves. In a way, all of these things matter to everyone - but laughter is a lot more important to some people than others. it's about understanding yourself, and seeking out what really matters to you.

It's a positive way to release pent up negative emotions.

It's imperative to survival.

I'd probably do a lot more weeping otherwise. 😞
