I Have Depression Issues

Im so bored with life its almost unnatural. Before you say anything about 'change it then' its not always that easy. It takes time and often money to change it. When you fail at everything and have a dream that people keep preventing you from pursuing it its so much harder. All i want is to get a job as a social worker and get a trike so i can leave this boring monotonous town once in a while but it looks like i cant return to university to get the degree i need to get the job i want and in turn the trike i want. Ive applied to other jobs but i cant get anything because i am:
A. Over qualified
B. Under qualified
C. Cant work the hours required
D. Dont have a driving license.

Its dis heartening as hell and really not helping my depression at all either.
