I Love to Cook -

Quite a few years ago when my children (three girls) were young, all in elementary school, my wife took a professional job and had said that if she was going to work I had to do more around the house. So I had always loved cooking and was good at it, so I said I would cook dinner, but it I was going to cook I would not repeat the same meal for a year. There were lots of unforeseen problems, but one time I served calamari. The girls had no idea what it was until they were almost through, when my oldest figured out they were eating the tentacles of squid, or octopus as she called it. "Gross" the other kids said, and I was fired as chef.

Well, here is enough squid to make quite a few meals.... Who is going to help me cook this?
