It's like a warzone sometimes!!
Then I wake up in the morning exhausted from whatever the hell was going on in my dreams![/c]

That's why I'm up now I fell asleep earlier because my power went out. It came back on and woke me up and now my brain won't stop long enough to let me go back to sleep!

Sometimes. My hubby suffers with a wondering mind at night. Takes him forever to sleep

Yes - every single night. I lay there trying to talk myself into not thinking about anything. But the problem is, I'm not easily brainwashed, so it doesn't work, lol.

yes Vet Guy! when need or want too sleep your brain won't shut off and your mind wonders about things,people and other things as your mind won't let you relax and go too sleep
