I Am Tired But Cant Sleep
i am so tired but can't sleep my mattress is so hard that it makes me hurt and im not able to get comfortable on it at all and its not that old i bought it in either july or August of last year i cant real which one

Mattresses aren´t hard or soft because of how old they are, but because of what they are made of...you must have surely asked about that when you bought it...haven´t you? Doctors can advice as to which sort of mattress each of us should have, depending on age and body status...among other issues of course.
