I Am Mad At Myself

I can't believe I missed my second therapy appointment in a row. I was literally just lounging around and didn't even think about it. Completely forgot. That's 70 bucks down the drain. And I was needing an appointment too because my paranoia has been acting up at night again and it's worrying me.

I just feel awful.
Learn to use Google calendar from a Google profile that uses the email on your phone, and set the reminders to send you notifications two hours before meeting, then 40 minutes before, then 10 minutes before, or whatever works for your level of forgetfulness....

On Android phones, Google has calendar very well integrated with the phone OS. On iPhone I don't know the interface. The nice thing on Google is that you get the notifications on all of your devices logged into the same account.
