I Lack Motivation

So I discover that my downfall of it. Is the case that i work too hard early in life and not be recognised for it. Example when I was a kid. I bust my ass helping people with odd jobs for cash only to have promises not kept by the adults. I used to run every day for a postion on the football team go the extra mile till I was blue in the face but nothing. I look back on things I did to achieve but yet lack rewards or anything. I think that has caused me to just not try anymore
