How to maintain a working brain?

DoOverMan · 46-50, M Best Comment
As a certified brainographologist, I suggest mental gymnastics, followed by high intensity thought exercises. If you experience sharp pains or uncontrollable denial, cease immediately, soak the area with a warm cranial wash and consult a local Neuropathic exorcist.

Eat fish daily and read a lot. :-)

@justmerae: Lol. Nope, it needs to be eaten. I eat fish every day for breakfast instead of bacon. It's cheaper and I love fish.

@Wraithorn: I hate fish. It makes me gag, literally. Someone suggested a fish oil supplement.
Wraithorn · 51-55, M
@justmerae: That might help because it should contain the same essence of fish.
