Have your handwriting get worse as the day goes on? I have to laugh looking at my notes from this morning compared to now

My handwriting is far worse than it was 10 years ago because I rarely write on paper any more. I have to make a huge effort to make it legible now.

I have to make a conscious effort to make my writing legible. I type so much and so fast now, my brain decided writing is a waste of time and doesn't want to do it anymore.

My handwriting gets better, and then worse. It's awful first thing in the morning, best around 1:00 p.m., and then declines sharply after that.
